Highest in calorie and fiber is peaches! It has a calorie count of 191 in every 1/2cup serving, and 6.5g fiber. Although we don't offer such fruit, we have dried apricots and cranberries on our shop.

Apricots have 156 calories and 4.5 grams of fiber in every 1/2cup while dried cranberries have 185 calories and 3 grams of fiber.
