“Murag wala na gyud koy gatas 😔”
“Every pump, gamay ra kaayo mugawas.”
“Nag breastfeed ko pero murag dili enough para sa akong baby.”
Kung mama ka, basin nakahunahuna na gyud ka ani at least once.
But...
... As a lactation support nurse, I want you to know this first:
👉 Dili ka nag-inusara.
👉 Dili ka palpak nga mama.

Low milk supply is one of the most common breastfeeding concerns, pero kasagaran dili gyud siya “true low supply.” Usahay, tungod lang ni sa:
• stress ug kulang tulog
• wrong latch or positioning
• schedule sa pumping/feeding
• kulang hydration or calories
• unrealistic expectations sa output sa pump

Time flies so fast!
Met this boy when he was a newborn, and I was still starting with Nurse With Grace. Mommy Anne Marie and this little boy were among my first clients in Malaybalay.
And now, we meet again with their new bundle of joy! Another chance to meet up and help mom and baby in their breastfeeding.
