Talinhaga Speech Society is a group of speech enthusiasts taking different courses at PUP Maragondon Branch, Cavite founded last Novemeber 16, 2013. The concepts of organizing the group primarily arose from the minds of John Edrick Hipolito, BS Accountancy student, and John Reggae Vecindario, BS Electonics and Communications Engineering student. Knowing and believing that there are a lot of poten

tials in every PUPian, they initially called the attention of their friends who knowledge and background in various forms of speech such as debate, oration, extemporaneous and impromptu speaking, declamation, storytelling, broadcasting and the likes. There were 14 individuals who joined the pursuit to the establishment of the first student organization aiming to enrich outstanding communication within the PUP Maragondon Community namely:

They were also filled up the offices of the Grand Master’s Council, the Board of Directors and the Guild of Captains. Consequently, Prof. Mylene del Mundo was the chosen student adviser of the organization.
