The chefs of 7 Flames are coming to LuckyBird! 📣

In line with LuckyBird’s commitment to serving elevated Filipino favorites and modern global plates, we welcome respected chefs into our kitchen and resto bar—not only to showcase what we offer, but also to learn from their valuable insights and expertise.

On May 18, we will be honored to host these outstanding chefs at LuckyBird:

👨‍🍳 Chef JR Royol. An award-winning Filipino chef best known as the first-ever MasterChef Pinoy Edition champion in 2013. Proud of his Igorot and Bicolano roots, he is recognized for showcasing Filipino heritage through innovative cuisine. He is the host of Farm to Table GMA Network's and GTV and founder of Anihan Sustainable Gastronomy, promoting sustainable and locally inspired dining experiences.

👩‍🍳 Chef Zhe Jacinto. A celebrity chef and brand ambassador for leading names such as Easy Brand, Camel Appliances, and Tita’s Special, among others. She is also the CEO of Queenz Pancit Canton, known for her passion for culinary entrepreneurship and food innovation.

👨‍🍳 Chef Welly Rosales. A chef-vlogger and currently serves as Sous Chef at Man Ho, a Michelin-starred Chinese restaurant. He is recognized for his culinary expertise and dedication to sharing his food journey and kitchen experiences with a wider audience.

👨‍🍳 Chef Richard Gomez. A gold medalist in the WOFEX 2026 Chocolate Competition and the owner of Chad’s Café in Narvacan, Ilocos Sur. Known for his excellence in pastry and chocolate artistry, he continues to elevate Filipino culinary craftsmanship.

👩‍🍳 Chef Melisa Paguia Rocha. The owner of Liams and Louis Gourmet Café, known for her passion for creating refined and memorable dining experiences through quality food and hospitality.

👨‍🍳 Chef Mac Dowell Labrador. A professional chef consultant specializing in culinary operations, menu development, and restaurant concept ex*****on, dedicated to helping brands and kitchens achieve excellence.
