Ang Municipal Health Office-Maramag o ang RHU Maramag kamulo pa ug proseso para aduna na kitay Animal Bite Treatment Center o ABTC diri sa Municipal Health Office- Maramag. Naka inspect ug evaluate na ang Department of Health o DOH gikan sa regional office kagahapon June 16, 2025 nga nag tan aw sa atong kaandam sa pag hatag ani nga serbisyo.

Aduna pa kitay dugang nga compliance nga pagabuhaton para maka dawat kita sa Certification gikan sa DOH nga nag tugot sa ato sa pag hatag sa serbisyo sa katawhan.

Alang sa kasayuran sa tanan!

Ang atong Municipal Health Office adunay Mental Health Program nga linyado sa programa sa Department of Health. Aduna kitay 3 Doctors ug 2 Nurses nga trained sa Mental Health Gap Action Program diin pwde na maka hatag ug Mental, Neurological ug Substance Use Disorder nga mga Serbisyo sama sa pag Assess ug Manage sa mga pasyente nga ana-a ani nga mga kondisyon. Aduna pud kitay mga libreng tambal para sa mga adunay Mental, Neurological ug Substance Use Disorder.

Ang Municipal Health Office- Maramag kay usa sa naunang Philhealth Accredited sa Outpatient Mental Health Benefit Package sa Probinsya sa Bukidnon nga nagahatag ug libreng benepisyo sa atong mga pasyente sama sa mga piling Laboratory Tests, Chest Xray ug mga Tambal.

Para sa dugang kasayuran, mamahimong mo duol sa inyong Midwife sa inyong Barangay Health Station o mo adto mismo sa atong Municipal Health Office.

Issued on May 28, 2025 – Maramag, Bukidnon, Philippines

The public is hereby alerted that as of May 23, 2025, the Department of Health (DOH) has confirmed a total of 52 Mpox (Monkeypox) cases in the Philippines.

🦠 What is Mpox?
Mpox is a contagious viral disease caused by the monkeypox virus. It spreads mainly through:
🔸 Close physical contact (skin-to-skin)
🔸 Respiratory droplets
🔸 Contact with contaminated materials like bedding or clothing

⚠️ Common Symptoms Include:
🔹 Fever
🔹 Headache
🔹 Muscle aches
🔹 Swollen lymph nodes
🔹 Fatigue
🔹 Rash that turns into pustules and scabs

While Mpox is often self-limiting, children, pregnant women, and immunocompromised individuals are at higher risk for severe symptoms.

🏥 The Municipal Health Office of Maramag urges all residents to:
✅ Remain vigilant
✅ Stay informed
✅ Report any suspected symptoms immediately

📍 If symptoms appear in your household or neighborhood:
🔹 Inform your Local Health Worker or the Municipal Health Office at once
🔹 Only ONE family member should report the suspected case to reduce exposure
🔹 The Municipal Epidemiology Surveillance Unit (MESU) will investigate and may collect samples for confirmation at the Research Institute for Tropical Medicine (RITM)
🔹 Our Health Education and Promotion Officer (HEPO) is available for questions and guidance

🛡️ Protect Yourself and Your Community:
🔹 Practice good hygiene: Wash hands regularly or use alcohol-based sanitizers
🔹 Avoid close contact with symptomatic individuals and don’t share personal items
🔹 Use protective measures: Wear masks in enclosed/crowded places and practice physical distancing
🔹 Stay updated through official channels like DOH and local health authorities
🔹 Seek medical attention immediately if you notice symptoms

Dili tanan kaso sa dengue kinahanglan gajud i-admit, ang uban nga walay WARNING SIGNS, pwede ra OUT PATIENT MANAGEMENT, basta mopasalig lamang magpamonitor kada adlaw, everyday magpaCBC ug magfollow up sa doctor. Paracetamol ug fluids ra ang kinahanglan. Diay recipe sa homemade nga ORS (tubig nga naay elctrolytes) kung wala nakapalit sa pharmacy.
