Serbisyong KKK is a service-oriented project focused on providing health education and basic healthcare services to far-flung communities of Ranaw.

The project addresses the scarcity of attention to health and wellness advocacy within the province.

𝐁𝐄𝐄𝐏, 𝐁𝐄𝐄𝐏, 𝐊𝐀-𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐁𝐈𝐒𝐘𝐎 | BYLP Project Showcase

Last October 25, 2022, the fellows had the chance to showcase their initiatives, talk about the accomplishment of the projects, and persuade different organizations to support their campaigns.

The Serbisyong Kariton ng Kalusugan mula sa Kabataan (Serbisyong K*K) was represented by the Prime Minister of the Mindanao State University - Supreme Student Government, Acsan M. Asgar and the OIC Speaker of the House, Abdul Hakim A. Abdullah.

The fellows took part in a variety of workshops during the course of the program's implementation in order to hone their leadership abilities and help them organize, propose, carry out, and manage local projects that are in line with regional government priorities. The head of the Serbisyong K*K, Nurhassan P. Abubacar, aimed to sustain the project with the help of the volunteers and stakeholders involved.

BYLP-LeadCom is a joint initiative of Ayala Foundation Inc., BYC, the Australian Embassy, and Eisenhower Fellowship.

𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗹𝘆 | 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 31, 2022 🚐🚑

The Serbisyong K*K conducted its very first Student Leaders Assembly (SLA) together with MSU - Supreme Student Government at Science Lecture Hall, CNSM, MSU-Main Campus, Marawi City. Various college student leaders from the different colleges of the Mindanao State University - Main Campus come together and honorable health professionals with their awakening words took part in the said event.

The SLA was warmly welcomed by the project adviser, Dr. Hasmina Sarip-Macarambon and inspirational message from the MSU Prime Minister, Mr. Acsan Asgar.

The first part on "The Role of Youth Leaders in the Pandemic" was discussed by Ms. Asmerah Sarip, the Mindanao Varsitarian Editor-in-Chief. Subsequently, Dr. Marlo Ceasar Sheik, the University Physician comprehensively elaborated about the topic on "Vaccination Hesitancy and Importance of Being Health Advocate". Finally, Dr. Athena Jalaliyah Derico-Lawi, the Director on Admission Office shared her insights on the "Health and Sanitation".

The SLA also elected its Ka-Serbisyo Warriors for the students and ended with numerous engaging and stimulating workshops.

The Serbisyong K*K's Student Leaders Assembly (SLA) will officially commence tomorrow. Inspiring health advocates are one of the underlying beliefs and objectives of the project. Various student leaders from the different colleges of the Mindanao State University (MSU) will join the said assembly and learn the importance of health leadership.

It is crucial for the students to have leadership chances throughout their education so that they may acquire the skill of developing connections within teams, defining identities, and completing tasks efficiently.

𝐁𝐄𝐄𝐏, 𝐁𝐄𝐄𝐏, 𝐊𝐀-𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐁𝐈𝐒𝐘𝐎 | Community Visit Part II 🚐🚑

The Serbisyong K*K continued the afternoon session of the community visit at Brgy. Biaba Damag, Marawi City. The session started with an exciting post assessment and brief discussion focusing on proper hand washing by Mr. Mohammad Rizzah Datumulok and Ms. Alyana Tajmah Romato. Preceding to the medical consultation services, Dra. Asma Abubacar together with the core team initiated a free medical consultation services to the constituents of the said barangay by assessing their vital signs and offering explanations and solutions to their current problems.

After the election of the Ka-Serbisyo Warriors, Mr. Nurhassan P. Abubacar, the program head explained the health workshop that will be conducted on the following days. It is then followed by the takeaways from the participants.

The Serbisyong K*K conducted its very first community visit at the Brgy. Biaba Damag, Marawi City. Together with the help of BLGU and the ever kind Brgy. Chairman Anwar S. Tago Jr., The first part of the program started with an awakening discussion about "The Role of Youth Leaders in the Pandemic" by Ms. Asmerah C. Sarip followed by the engaging talk about "Environmental Health and Sanitation" by Mr. Datu Jalainie G**o, RN. The morning session smoothly ended with the presentation of certificates for our honorable speakers and open forum.

Proper health care will be discussed and executed for the knowledge of the vulnerables in the community, there will also be blood pressure checking and a friendly visit from one of our doctors for a quick health check-up.

The Serbisyong K*K (SK*K) commenced its On-boarding Meeting on January 19, 2022 at Kampilan, MSU. The said meeting was attended by the Project Leader, Mr. Nurhassan P. Abubacar, and eight (8) core team members. The On-boarding Meeting served as an orientation of the project and its activities, a training for the core members, and an assessment of the collective strengths and weaknesses of the team for an effective and productive service.
