To our esteemed lecturer from PHA/ heart failure council Dra Demiree, Dra Chronicles of M.D., Dra Advincula and Dr Andal, we are deeply grateful for the time, expertise, and knowledge imparted. Your presence emphasizes that regional initiatives become stronger when anchored on national support and shared expertise. Thank you for elevating and enriching our understanding of updated, evidence-based heart failure management.
To our colleagues, residents, fellows, nurses, medical students and allied health professionals, thank you for investing your time to learn, listen, and grow. We hope that the insights you gained today will not remain as information, but will translate into better diagnosis, timely referrals, guideline-directed therapy, and compassionate patient care.
May this activity empower us to:
✔ Detect heart failure earlier
✔ Treat based on current standards and guidelines
✔ Strengthen our referral and communication networks
✔ And most importantly — give our patients hope and quality of life
May we remember that advocacy is continuous, learning is lifelong, and service is a calling. Let us keep the momentum, sustain our teamwork, and remain committed to bringing cardiovascular education closer to the communities we serve.
Maraming salamat, mabuhay, and may Allah bless us all.
