🧑‍🏫The students are currently undergoing a Diagnostic Test conducted by Aim To Top as part of their preparation for the full-blown review program ahead of the upcoming Nurse Licensure Examination.

🧑‍🏫This diagnostic test helps assess each student’s strengths and areas for improvement, ensuring a more focused and effective review moving forward.

🧑‍🏫At SMD Foundation Academy, our support doesn’t stop at graduation. We continue to follow up and guide our students throughout their review and board exam journey to make sure they have every opportunity to pass and succeed.

🧑‍🏫Ms. Asnairah currently serves as Health Program Manager / Health Coordinator at the Integrated Provincial Health Office – Lanao del Sur (IPHO-LDS).

🧑‍🏫As a Registered Nurse, Registered Midwife, and holder of a Master’s in Public Administration, she brings both clinical expertise and strong public health leadership to the province.

🧑‍🏫Her work in program management and health coordination plays a vital role in strengthening health services and reaching communities across Lanao del Sur.

🧑‍🎓Her Academic Journey:

✍️ Bachelor of Science in Nursing – SMD Foundation Academy. Passed the RN licensure exam in 2015.

From our classrooms in 2016 to leading provincial health programs today, Nurse Lailah represents the impact one dedicated graduate can have on thousands of lives.
