- Dismal public health system: insufficient workforce like specialists in far-flung areas, incomplete and at times defective medical equipments, unavailability or inadequate supply of medications
- Delayed or unpaid Philhealth
- Promissory notes that remain to be promises
- Unjustly low HMO rates
- High taxes and Philhealth accreditation fees
(Im sure may mga nakalimutan pa ako…)

Not to mention the continuous brain drain in the healthcare sector because of being overworked and underpaid…

At alam nyo ba na ang rate ng Professional Fees ay nakadepende sa level ng expertise/training ng mga doktor at sa complexity o hirap ng kaso?
Pero kahit anong paliwanag naman namin, kami pa rin yung mga mukhang pera. 😐

Kaya wag kayong magtaka kung mas mabawasan ang mga gustong magdoktor or mga doktor na magpractice pa ng medisina.
