Marihatag District Hospital successfully conducted its annual staff orientation on January 8-9, 2025. The event began with Chief of Hospital Dr. Edmund Lamela outlining the hospital's mission, vision, and goals, and reviewing the general performance evaluation process, including supervisor ratings. Three key priorities were emphasized: high-quality service delivery, exceptional customer care, and effective communication for prompt patient attention. The Chief Administrative Officer Mr. Andy C. Dillote addressed timely submission of DTRs and employee benefits, while the Personnel Section, Mr. Jerome Cubil reviewed uniform and attire policies. Social Worker Officer II, Mrs. Ergen P. Bucong, concluded the orientation with a signing of an agreement (Kasabutan), solidifying the collaborative spirit. An open forum provided a platform for staff suggestions and clarifications, ensuring a memorable and productive start to the year.

Marihatag District Hospital conducted a Program Implementation Review and Year-End Assessment Activity with the Managerial Committee Members headed by the Chief of Hospital Dr. Edmund L. Lamela at VFS Agri-Tourism Adventure Park in Barangay Jubang, Municipality of Tago

The purpose of this review is to analyze the effectiveness of the services ex*****on, identifying areas where it met its objectives and areas requiring improvement and to develop actionable recommendations to enhance the impact and address any shortcomings.
After the PIR was the Year-End Celebration of Mancom Members for a celebration of success, share the hospital achievements and positive impact on the community, fostering a sense of accomplishment and pride.

This comprehensive review and celebratory event will serve as a testament to the hospital's commitment to continuous improvement and its dedication to providing high-quality healthcare services to the community.
