This beginner Vinyasa practice is dynamic, athletic, and fitness-oriented, made accessible for beginners and first-timers to yoga.

Learn and practice:

- yoga terminology
- foundational yoga poses and sequences
- proper form and activation
- how to "move with the breath"

Enjoy flowing sequences that nurture strength and stamina, mobility and flexibility, breath control, and mental focus. ✨️

YES! We have yoga classes for beginners and first-timers. Exercise background NOT required!

YES! We offer dynamic flow classes like Vinyasa, Hatha Flow, and Core Flow.

Standard rate = PHP 500 for 1 class
Student, senior, PWD = PHP 400 for 1 class

Teacher Paulo led a fun, dynamic, and energizing flow this weekend. Our long-time regulars loved it!

A fervent advocate of movement, wellness, yoga, and meditation, Teacher Paulo has been imparting his knowledge and expertise to his many students (and fellow teachers) since 2004. We're grateful to have him at our space!

You can bet that we'll have him back again. Watch this space for updates and future sessions with Teacher Paulo!
