Philippine Airlines, on November 12, 2025, announced their FurPAL program that allows passengers to bring small dogs in-cabin to local destinations such as Boracay, Siargao, and Bohol.

The FurPAL program allows bookings with small dog breeds up to 10 kilograms, at least eight weeks old, and fully weaned. Passengers may only bring up to three small dogs per flight.
