Better care begins with better awareness. 💙

On July 29, 2025, our students took a powerful step forward through an inspiring talk on the 5 Determinants of Health with Dr. Allan Renan L. Acosta, MD, FPCS, FAFN, Medical Director of Home Healthlink. 🩺

We explored how nutrition, sleep, exercise, stress management, and meaningful relationships all play a vital role in maintaining health — not just for their future patients, but also for themselves as future caregivers. Because when we take care of our own well-being, we’re able to give even better care to others.
