Dear Patients and Partners,

It is with the deepest sadness that we inform you of the death of our beloved clinic founder and father, Dr. Jose Fabian I. Cadiz.

Details regarding the wake and funeral shall be shared accordingly as soon as we hear more from the Cadiz family.

Our clinic branches will still be available to cater to your medical concerns for the succeeding days to come to carry on the passion and legacy of our founder's advocacy, to provide only the best for your healthcare needs.
