Train smarter with RPE: Listen to your body, not just the numbers.

Ever heard of RPE but not sure how to use it? RPE stands for Rate of Perceived Exertion — a simple yet powerful tool to help you gauge the intensity of your workout based on how it feels.

Instead of blindly following numbers or percentages, RPE puts YOU in control.

Here’s how it works:
On a scale from 0 to 10:
0 – No effort (rest)
1 – Very light activity
2 – Light activity
3 – Moderate activity
4 – Somewhat hard
5 – Hard (heavy)
6 – Harder
7 – Very hard
8 – Extremely hard
9 – Near maximal effort
10 – Maximal effort (cannot continue)
