At first, it felt impossible, listening, making eye contact, or following a simple instruction. As parents, it breaks our hearts to see our child in their own little world, while we keep holding on to the hope that one day, change will come.

Then the right guidance and the right people came along. Slowly, the doors of learning began to open. From making eye contact, to recognizing sounds and colors, to saying a few words. What may seem small to others is already a huge victory for us parents.
