1. Bulbar Stricture secondary to traumatic catherization managed with Buccal Mucosal Graft (BMG) Dorsal Onlay Urethroplasty (Kulkarni Technique)
2. Bulbar Stricture secondary to Vehicular Trauma; post debridement for Fournier’s Gangrene; Urethral Trauma managed with Urethroplasty with Inferior Pubectomy, Excision, Primary End to End Anastomosis.

Recently performed a successful Simple Nephrectomy on a patient diagnosed with Xanthogranulomatous pyelonephritis, with partial staghorn calculus and a poorly functioning left kidney. The procedure went smoothly, and the patient is recovering well.

Crippled Hypospadias with large gap urethral defect. Patient still has good dorsal urethral bed. Underwent Urethroplasty with Orandi Flap or Pe**le longitudinal skin island flap.

Sakit sa daanan ng ihi o urethral stricture disease ay sakit kung saan kumikitid ang daanan ng ihi dulot ng impeksyon (STD), trauma, skin disease (BXO), post TURP stricture o pede ding walang pinagmumulan (idiopathic).

Ito ay maaaring pagalingin sa pamamagitan ng operasyon (urethroplasty) o pag buka (dilate) ng daanan ng ihi.

Karaniwang sintomas ay ang mahinang daloy ng ihi, matagal na daloy ng ihi o manipis na daloy ng ihi.
Kung may mga sintomas na nabanggit magpakonsulta sa inyong Urologist para sa karagdagang impormasyon at agarang lunas.

Edad 40 pataas para sa Kalalakihan at Edad 50 pataas naman sa Kababaihan ang karaniwang tinatamaan subalit kahit sino o edad ay puwedeng magkaroon nito.

Pag napabayaan, ito ay maaaring magdulot ng pinsala sa Kidney na maaaring ikahantong sa Dialysis.
