Yesterday, November 25, 2024, DOH-EVCHD officially welcomed Dr. Catherine Layon-Miral as its new Assistant Regional Director.

Sa isang makabuluhang ceremonial turnover na isinagawa sa pangunguna ni Regional Director Exuperia Sabalberino, kasama ang outgoing OIC Assistant Regional Director na si Dr. Jean Marie Egargo, pormal na ipinasakamay kay Dr. Miral ang mahalagang responsibilidad ng pamumuno bilang katuwang sa pagpapatupad ng mga programa at serbisyong pangkalusugan sa rehiyon.

Sa kanyang malawak na karanasan at kahusayan sa larangan ng public health, tiwala ang buong DOH-EVCHD na patuloy at lalo pang magiging matagumpay ang misyon nitong itaguyod ang Universal Health Care sa buong Eastern Visayas.

The ISDFI proudly launched its REF Diabetes Museum yesterday, October 17, 2024! The inauguration and MOA signing with PTSI took place at the Institute for Studies on Diabetes Foundation in Marikina City.
