1. Patient is Alert and Comfortable
No signs of confusion or excessive pain Successful anesthesia and pain control.

2. Incision Looks Clean
No excessive swelling, redness, or drainage.

3. Patient is Mobilizing (Even a Little)
Whether it’s standing, walking with crutches, or doing basic exercises

4. No Signs of Complications
No fever, shortness of breath, or calf pain

5. Patient is in Good Spirits
Calm, optimistic, and cooperative Encouraging mental recovery and rehab outlook.

Second Case of Using the Femoral Neck System

Could this be the game changer?

• Different method in head-preserving internal fixation of non-displaced femoral neck (hip fracture).
• The old method is more technically demanding and has a tendency to rotate the fracture, leading to fracture displacement and avascular necrosis.
• The Femoral Neck System is easy to use, requires less surgical time, and provides more stable fixation.

Your ACL (Anterior Cruciate Ligament of the Knee) crosses diagonally through the middle of your knee joint, providing rotational stability and preventing your shinbone from sliding out in front of your thighbone when you move directionally.

The primary benefit of reconstruction surgery is to restore full stability and functionality of the knee joint affected by a torn or ruptured ACL.

Happy and amazed with the outcome of my patient despite multiple surgeries because of a severe thigh fracture with exposed large bone.

After four surgeries, she was motivated to undergo intensive physical therapy; now she can walk without knee pain and assistance.
