• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in admin, sales support, or customer service
• Experience in laboratory services is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (𝘌𝘹𝘤𝘦𝘭, 𝘞𝘰𝘳𝘥, 𝘗𝘰𝘸𝘦𝘳𝘗𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘵) and basic data entry
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Able to coordinate with sales, logistics, finance, and laboratory teams
• Service-oriented, a team player, and accountable
• Flexible and able to assist with urgent admin needs
• Willing to work onsite in 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗼, 𝗕𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗻

This role is perfect for someone who builds trust through consistency, communicates with clarity, and delivers service that keeps clients coming back.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Medical Technology, Pharmacy, Food Technology, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in B2B account management, client servicing, or business development (𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘧𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘺 𝘪𝘯 𝘢 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘳𝘥-𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘺 𝘭𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘺 𝘴𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨)
• Experience working with regulated industries such as food, beverage, water, animal health, or agriculture is a strong advantage
