Supervisory Surveillance in RHU 4 and RHU 2 with Dr. Abnet Samuel of the World Health Organization.

How often does one get an opportunity to learn from a WHO doctor? We were given context-specific lectures and guidance on community-based immunization that addressed the specific needs of our RHUs. We received insights on data analysis, strategies, and program implementation, and deeper understanding of our immunization status in the country.

So much was learned, and so much work is yet to be done, but we're all for it for the love of the community.

A huge thanks to the Mariveles NIP team and RHU and MHO staff who prepared for this visit, and to the PHO and PDOHO staff for their tireless coordination. Of course, a big hand to our healthcare workers who work day in and out to ensure the good health of the children and the rest of the community.
