Ito po ay batay sa pinakahuling ulat ng PAGASA at rekomendasyon ng Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) upang mapangalagaan ang kaligtasan ng mga mag-aaral at ng publiko.

Ayon sa forecast ng PAGASA, kasalukuyang nasa ilalim tayo ng Orange Rainfall Warning at tatagal ito hanggang bukas, bunsod ng habagat dulot ng bagyong Nando. Dahil dito, maaaring makaranas ng malakas na pag-ulan at posibleng pagbaha sa mga mabababang lugar
