Flores, MD, MPH, CESO IV, Director IV ng Central Luzon Center for Health Development, bilang panauhing pandangal, at Rev. Fr. Regin L. Tenorio, ngayong November 6, 2025.

Tampok sa Radiology-Psychology Complex Building ang CT Scan Imaging Services, Digital Radiology System, at Psychological Services na magpapalawak sa kakayahan ng ospital na makapagbigay ng de-kalidad at agarang diagnostic services. Samantala, tinatampok naman sa una at ikalawang palapag ng General Hospital Building ang makabago at pinahusay na Emergency Room, Out-patient at Dental Clinics para sa mas pinalawak na pangkalusugang sebisyong medikal para sa mga mamamayan ng Mariveles at mga karatig-bayan.Habang bukas na sa publiko ang Psychological Services Unit, inaasahang magiging ganap na operasyonal sa unang kwarter ng 2026 ang General Hospital Building, CT Scan Imaging System at Digital Radiology System.

Kabilang din sa mga panauhing pandangal sina Hon. Jose Enrique "Joet" S. Garcia III na kinatawan nila Bokal George Estanislao at Angelito M. Sunga; Hon. Albert S. Garcia na kinatawan ni Hon. 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦 𝐢𝐬 𝐣𝐨𝐲.🍃

The Patient Wellness Program (PWP) is an initiative led by the Advanced Comprehensive Center for Mental Health (ACCMH) that focuses on supporting patients’ overall well-being—notonly their physical health, but emotional and mental wellness as well. Through simple yet meaningful activities like games and group engagement, it seeks to create a more positive healing environment.

One of its key goals of is to create opportunities for patients to socialize with hospital employees, giving patients a sense of re-integration with the community and providing employees with a meaningful purpose in their work here at the hospital. The Patient Wellness Program is hosted by different MMWGH service units every Friday, fostering continuous engagement and connection between patients and staff.

On October 17, a meaningful day unfolded as the Planning and Management Unit, with assistance from the Medical Service and Nursing Service, hosted the Patient Wellness Program. Twenty-four patients actively participated in an afternoon filled with fun, laughter, and uplifting activities.

Patients enjoyed interactive games, and winners claimed special prizes at the MMWGH Administrative Units.

Together, we continue to care for our patients in every way that matters. 💙

2. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) Sheet/Page 1-4 with Work Experience Sheet and recent passport-sized picture (𝗖𝗦 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗡𝗼. 𝟮𝟭𝟮, 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱) (form can be downloaded from https://mmwgh.gov.ph/downloadable-forms/);
**Make sure that all pages of the PDS are filled out, from page 1 to page 4 (Siguraduhing lahat ng pages ng PDS ay may sagot, mula page 1 hanggang page 4)
3. Diploma (if any);
4. Transcript of Records (if any);
5. PRC Certification (Lupon) and Board Rating (if any);
6. Photocopy of License/Certificate of Civil Service Eligibility (if applicable);
7. Certificate of Trainings and Seminars attended (if any);
8. Certificate of Employment/Service Record (if any);

𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
All qualified next-in-rank shall be automatically considered candidates for promotion to the next higher position and advised to submit the following documents.
Non submission of the required documents shall mean waiver on their part to be considered as candidate for promotion.

3. Performance Evaluation (IPCR) for the last rating period
