BDC Corp Management recently held a successful team building activity at SWSR Beach Resort in Cabangan, Zambales.

The Team building aimed to enhance our collaboration, communication, and trust among team members. It involves structured activities designed to strengthen interpersonal relationships and improve teamwork, ultimately leading to higher productivity and a positive work environment. The process helps teams achieve common goals more effectively by fostering a cohesive group that works together harmoniously.

The activity will not be possible without the effort of our Board of Directors, especially Ma'am Victoria Yumol, Boss Meng Tamayo and with the guidance and support of our Guest Speaker Ma'am Cecille Bacsa-Reyes sharing her insights that inspired us to work as a team.

Together, we remain committed to delivering better care and service for our patients.

Bringing compassionate dialysis care closer to every community

Balon Anito Dialysis Center & Diagnostic Services Corp. Administrative Department Officers , together with Ma’am Cecille Bacsa, visited 11 barangays in Lower Mariveles for courtesy meetings with the respective Barangay Officials. With their full support, permission was granted to install tarpaulins highlighting our dialysis services and location—making it easier for residents to find the care they need.
