Today, we successfully facilitated three surgical consultations.
Our patients initially sought medical attention from our Municipal Health Officer, Dr. Josie Marie Icmat-Buenavista , to have their conditions assessed. After providing initial management and evaluation, our MHO promptly referred them to Telemedicine, where a surgeon was able to thoroughly assess their cases.
Two of the three patients are scheduled for surgery next week—one on Monday and another on Thursday. The third patient is currently awaiting confirmation of their operation schedule, pending assignment to a specialist best suited to manage their condition.
The patients expressed their heartfelt gratitude for the free consultation and medications they received. Their scheduled surgical procedures at Tarlac Provincial Hospital will also be provided free of charge.
