These are some of my personal encounters with va**ng patients—

Case 1:
Female patient 23yo came back from Qatar. She had been coughing for 2 weeks. Her mother had been convincing her to stop va**ng. She lost her job abroad because she failed her medical tests due to pneumonia.

Case 2:
17 yo male who complained of occasional chest tightness. NO COUGH. I requested for chest xray and found something that resembled a mass in the right lung. He started va**ng only 5months before symptoms occurred. He ended up breaking down (crying) at the ER upon hearing about the impression.

V**ES are not safer than CI******ES.
BOTH are UNHEALTHY HABITS.

Be careful of what you put inside your head. Watch happy videos. Avoid unnecessary arguments. Read about happiness, hope, and many other great and inspiring things. Pray.

Breed happy thoughts and you shall live a happy life. Breed anger and see what you get. 😊

In observance of All Souls Day and All Saints Day, DMP Medical Clinic will be closed on the following days:

Truth be told, ✅VACCINES DO WORK. However, vaccines serve their purpose better when given early because they are meant “to prevent” severe disease.

People are panicking today because of the quick spread of influenza (flu) and because of that they want to get vaccinated. I’m not saying that this is a bad idea because again ✅VACCINES DO WORK. Flu can still be prevented. The only downside is the value for your money. Imagine being protected for an entire year if you got vaccinated between March-May in preparation for the flu season?
—> versus doing it now and get protection only for about 2-3 months.

In summary, you may go on with your plan to get vaccinated now especially if you feel that you are at risk of getting the flu and at risk of complications from it BUT TRY TO GET YOUR NEXT FLU VACCINE EARLIER NEXT YEAR. 😊

This is a smart advice from yours truly.
