Our frontliners face this daily battle with utmost strength and courage. Let's do our part in minimizing the spread of the virus. They suffer the most when all we have to do is follow the basic guidelines.

1. Stay at home except for essential errands and short trips
2. Should you go out, wear a face mask, face shield and disinfect every now and then
3. Wash your hands if you have the chance to do so
4. Take a bath or a quick shower once you get home
5. Even if you are asymptomatic, assume that you are a carrier most especially in your home
6. Use serving spoons. Don't share utensils and other items including food and drinks
7. Always observe physical distancing wherever you are
8. Be cautious and conscious by staying alert and updated

Most hospitals are no longer accepting COVID patients. You can't endanger someone else just to help you with your recovery. This fight needs your cooperation. Our frontline soldiers can't do it alone. THIS IS OUR FIGHT.
