We proudly welcome Jalil Caluya Antecristo, RN, MAN, Faculty Member at Notre Dame of Midsayap College, to the ERIO community!

Ms. Antecristo is a dedicated nurse educator and academic leader currently serving at Notre Dame of Midsayap College. She earned her Master of Arts in Nursing (MAN) from the University of the Visayas, strengthening her expertise in nursing education and research.

She plays multiple key roles within the College of Nursing, including Level 1 Chairperson, Research Focal Person, and Research Coordinator, where she actively contributes to curriculum development, research advancement, and academic leadership.

In addition, she is a Trainer and Assessor in Healthcare Services (NC II), demonstrating her commitment to skills development and competency-based training in the healthcare field.

Through her work in teaching, research, and training, Ms. Antecristo continues to promote evidence-based practice, academic excellence, and the professional growth of future healthcare practitioners.

We are honored to have Ms. Antecristo join ERIO as part of our expanding network of educators and researchers devoted to collaboration, professional development, and research engagement.

We proudly congratulate Xander Bongcawil, Veronica Queman, and Karen Digandang, together with their research adviser Dennis Amando, RN, MAN, MPH, for the acceptance of their research study entitled “Perceived Impact of Artificial Intelligence Utilization on Critical Thinking, Problem-Solving, and Creative Learning among Nursing Students.”

Their study has been officially accepted for Poster Presentation by the Scientific Committee of the Global Society for Philippine Nurse Researchers, Inc. (GSPNRI) at the Global Conference on Health Innovation and Evidence Implementation, to be held on December 3–4, 2025, at Novotel Hotel, Quezon City, Philippines, under the theme “Bridging Evidence, Policy, and Practice for Transformative Healthcare.”

This achievement reflects the dedication, perseverance, and research excellence of our student nurses, and highlights NDMC’s commitment to advancing evidence-based nursing practice and innovation in healthcare.
