A Step-by-Step Guide with The Filipino Doctor App
To ensure a smooth consultation, please follow the steps below:
🔹 STEP 1: Scan the Doctor’s QR Code
Scan the QR code or visit the doctor’s profile on The Filipino Doctor website to access the clinic page or click this link, https://thefilipinodoctor.com/doctor/dece-rose-aludia
🔹 STEP 2: Request for an Appointment
Select the type of consultation (online or clinic), choose your preferred date and time, then submit your appointment request.
🔹 STEP 3: Sign the Consent Form
Before your consultation, kindly sign the required consent form in compliance with the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173).
🔹 STEP 4: Start the Consultation
• For online consultation: Download The Filipino Doctor App and ensure a stable internet connection.
• Please be online at least 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
• For clinic consultation: Kindly wait for further instructions from the doctor.
🔹 STEP 5: Settle Your Dues
Pay the consultation fee through your preferred payment option within the app.
🔹 STEP 6: Receive Medical Documents
Prescriptions, medical certificates, or other documents will be sent via the app or through email.
