Healthy Life Pharmacy will open at 12:00 noon to 8 pm today, we are also exercising our right to vote.

Tips when you go out to vote:

1. Wear your face mask and observe physical distancing at all times.
2. Bring alcohol or hand sanitizer.
3. No need to bring vaccination card.
4. Make list of who to vote for.
5. Government ID not required but best to bring one.
6. Double check your polling precinct beforehand.
7. Precincts will be open from 6am to 7 pm.
8. Do not accept ballot with tears, marks or shades.
9. Do not use your phone as your kodigo, make a list beforehand. Mobile phones are not allowed.
10. You can UNDERVOTE or abstain but do not vote for more than the number indicated for each position - it will INVALIDATE your vote.
11. Insert your ballot in the vote counting machine, do not let anyone else do it. Wait for your voting receipt. Review it and report any discrepancies to Election Inspectors.

1. Ang Paracetamol (Biogesic, Tempra), ay iniinom kada 4 na oras para sa lagnat (temp >/= 37.8°C)

2. Para sa sipon, maaaring uminom ng mga sumusunod:
- Cetirizine 10mg/tab once a day at bedtime
- Loratadine 10 mg/tab once a day at bedtime
- Sinupret Forte tab 3x/day - mas preferred ko ito dahil hindi nakakaliit ng blood vessels, hence safe sa mga may high blood (Hypertension)
- Neozep/Decolgen/Bioflu - Ito ay may laman na ring Paracetamol kaya kung iinom nito, wag nang uminom ng Biogesic. Uminom ng Neozep or Decolgen every 6-8 hours o 3-4x/day, HINDI PO EVERY 4 HOURS.

3. Ang Tuseran Forte na iniinom every 6-8hrs o 3-4x/day ay may laman na ring Phenylephrine (para sa sipon), at Paracetamol (para sa sakit ng ulo o lagnat). Kung iinumin ito para sa ubo, huwag nang uminom ng Biogesic.

4. Ang Carbocisteine (Solmux), Lagundi capsules, Ambroxol 30mg/tab, Guaifenesin (Robitussin) ay MUCOLYTICS o panunaw ng plema. Uminom 3x/day kung ang ubo ay may plema upang ito ay mailabas. Kung iinumin ang mga iyan para sa ubong walang plema, hindi matatapos iyang ubong iyan.

5. Ang Dextromatorphan (laman ng Tuseran) ay anti-tussive. Dabest para sa ubong walang plema o dry cough.

6. Favorite ko ang Butamirate Citrate (Sinecod Forte) 3x/day, dahil iyan ay para sa ubong may plema, pwede rin sa wala (o dry cough).

7. Dynatussin capsules - Parang pinagsamang Guaifenesin (para sa ubo) + Bioflu/Symdex. Again, para sa ubo, sipon, lagnat. May Dynatussin syrup din for kids 😉 pero mainly for 7-10 y/o

8. Kung buntis at sinisipon, please contact ang iyong OB. BAWAL KANG MAG-NEOZEP/BIOFLU/DECOLGEN/SYMDEX.

9. Safe sa buntis ang Paracetamol. Yun lang.

10. Safe sa breastfeeding moms ang Paracetamol at Ibuprofen (Medicol/Advil), pero hindi ang Mefenamic acid (Ponstan).

11. Maaaring gumamit ng Difflam spray o Kamillosan spray, 3x/day para sa sakit ng lalamunan.

12. Maaaring mag-gargle ng Bactidol 2x/day para sa sore throat.

13. Ang maximum dose per day ng Paracetamol ay 4000mg o 8 tableta ng Biogesic. Eh uminom ka rin ng Bioflu na may 500mg ng Paracetamol. Ending: ACUTE LIVER INJURY.

14. Magandang magtrabaho sa Mercury. Bukod sa malaki ang sahod, naka-aircon kapa maghapon. Minsan kapag may mabait na medrep, makalibreng t-shirt at ballpen kapa, plus free sample ng bitamina para sa anak, asawa, jowa o kabit.
