Kabahin sang Nutrition Month Program, The Biggest Loser: Birada Edition, kag ari ang mga mechanics:

Open to all LGU Employees and qualified residents of Moises Padilla 21 years and above. Participants will be grouped into the following age categories:
Category A: 21 - 30 years old
Category B: 31- 40 years old
Category C: 41 - 50 years old
Category D: 51 years and above

1. Registration and Initial Weigh-In will be conducted at the Municipal Health Office on July 24-25, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 NN.
2. Eligibility: Participants must be classified as overweight or obese based on their Body Mass Index (BMI):
β€’ Overweight: BMI of 25.0-29.9
β€’ Obese: BMI of 30.0 and above
Only those who have registered and completed the initial weigh-in will be qualified to join the competition.
3. Participants with known medical conditions or comorbidities must secure medical clearance from a licensed physician prior to joining.
4. The use of diet pills, laxatives, or any unsafe weight-loss products or practices is strictly prohibited. Violation will result in immediate disqualification.
5. All participants must undergo monthly drug testing.
6. Participants are required to attend Zumba sessions every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM.
7. Weigh-ins will be conducted every two weeks to track progress.
8. Weight loss will be measured based on the percentage of body weight lost, not total kilograms.
9. Monthly recognition will be given every last Thursday of the month at the Mayor's Office to participants with the highest percentage of weight loss in each category.
10. Final winners per category β€” those with the highest total weight-percentage will be officially declared as the "Biggest Loser" winners during the LGU Christmas Party.
