Gianna Visto was just 3 years old when she underwent a liver transplantation at The Medical City in February 2024. Her mother served as her living donor. Today, Gianna is a cheerful and gifted four-year-old who loves to paint, dance, and sing, her little laughters echoing the joy of a second chance.

Gianna is just one of many children who have received successful pediatric liver transplants at The Medical City. She is the second patient of the Pediatric Access to Liver Transplantation (PASLIT) Program of TMC, Department of Health, and the Philippine Children's Medical Center.

THE HEALTHY BAZAAR AT TMC ILOILO!

In celebration of Nutrition Month, The Medical City Iloilo's Nutrition Management Services proudly launched the Healthy Bazaar, a two-day event dedicated to promoting wellness and healthy living.

Patients joined an inspiring Health Talk led by Dr. Marie Bambi Tupas, Head of Nutrition Management Services, and Ms. Coolen Ann Panes, Clinical Dietitian & Nutritionist, who shared practical tips for healthier eating and lifestyle habits.
