BABAYINIHAN 2026

Hundreds of Ilonggas gathered for Babayinihan 2026, the first and grandest women’s health conference hosted by The Medical City Iloilo at Courtyard by Marriott Iloilo.

The multi-generational panel discussion, moderated by host Angela Tan, featured inspiring Ilongga voices including Patricia Lynn Beerda, Miss Paraw Binibini 2026; Mikka Ella Perlas-Rivera, owner of Healthy Kitchen; Rose Candaza, member of Zonta Club Iloilo; and actress and devoted mom Kaye Abad-Castillo.

The discussion was joined by medical experts Dr. Jaydee Anne Dela Fuente, TMC Iloilo Obstetrician-Gynecologist, and Dr. Maria Janette Jasmine De Ramos, TMC Iloilo Pediatrician, who shared valuable insights on women’s health, from reproductive care to motherhood.
