Which one of these best describes you? 🤔

What might seem like simple tasks can be extremely difficult for those who have experienced severe anxiety. Some people's symptoms of anxiety can be so severe that they're unavoidable.
I understand that some of these things can be extremely frustrating, and I'm not saying that your friend shouldn't be held accountable for their actions in communication.

Just a friendly reminder to be kind and considerate of others who may be going through a difficult time. Always be kind.🤗

An effective support system is essential. Supportive friends seek to understand you and make room for the things that you need, and this is what a supportive friend is. Even in the darkest of times, you can count on a supportive friend to be there for you when they can. But even if they don't always agree with your decisions or opinions, they still care deeply about you.

Signs that they are good for your mental health

Are you emotionally drained lately? 🤔

We live in a society that prides itself in
being productive, achieving unrealistic
goals and working hard. So it's no surprise that many people feel like they have nothing left to give after a long day, no matter how much rest they get.

Make sure you give yourself some extra rest💚

Preventing Youth Su***de: Tips for Parents & Educators

💚What to Do

Youth who feel suicidal are not likely to seek help directly; however, parents, school personnel, and peers can recognize the warning signs and take immediate action to keep the youth safe. When a youth gives signs that they may be considering su***de, the following actions should be taken:

🎈Remain calm.
🎈Ask the youth directly if he or she is thinking about su***de (e.g., "Are you thinking of su***de?").
🎈Focus on your concern for their well-being and avoid being accusatory.
Listen.
🎈Reassure them that there is help and they will not feel like this forever.
Do not judge.

How often do you experience
"brain fog"?
Brain fog is a term that commonly describes
a whole bunch of feelings, emotions, and sensations that can arise from all sorts of fatigue and burnout (and sometimes as a result of a medical diagnosis) It can look different fore everyone, but typically people talk about feeling zoned out, out of it, or forgetful, and just not feeling themselves. The term "fog" is often
used to describe feeling in a daze, which in turn can affect our cognitive functioning.

Depression is a medical condition that affects your mood and ability to function.

Depressive symptoms include feeling sad, anxious or hopeless. The condition can also cause difficulty with thinking, memory, eating and sleeping. A diagnosis of major depressive disorder (clinical depression) means you have felt sad, low or worthless most days for at least two weeks while also having other symptoms such as sleep problems, loss of interest in activities, or change in appetite.

Without treatment, depression can get worse and last longer. In severe cases, it can lead to self-harm or death. Fortunately, treatments can be very effective in improving symptoms of depression.

Why mental health is important?

Mental health is important because it can help you to:

•Be able to deal with life's difficulties
• Maintain a healthy physical condition
• Have good relationships
• Work productively
• Realize your full potential
Mental health is just as significant as physical health because it can impact both. The risk of stroke, type 2 diabetes, and heart disease can all be increased by mental illness.
