May naitalang ka*o ng Rabies sa isang hayop sa Villa Carolina 2 Subdivision, Brgy. Tunasan, Muntinlupa City.

Ang naturang hayop ay patay na at isinuko sa Research Institute for Tropical Medicine (RITM) para sa pagsusuriโ€”dito nakumpirmang positibo ito sa Rabies.

Nagsagawa agad ng initial field assessment at contact tracing ang Office of the City Veterinarian upang matukoy ang mga alagang hayop na posibleng nakasalamuha ng a*ong nagpositibo sa virus.

Para karagdagang pag-iingat, magbabahay-bahay ang Pamahalaang Lungsod sa paligid ng lugar upang magbigay ng libreng Anti-Rabies vaccination sa mga alagang hayop.

โœ”๏ธ I-report agad ang anumang kagat o kahina-hinalang kilos ng hayop sa Office of the City Veterinarian - Muntinlupa sa (02) 8862-3866 o magtungo sa 4th Floor, Annex Building, Muntinlupa City Hall, mula Lunes hanggang Biyernes, 7AM-4PM.
