Yung sunod sunod na puyat na halos 2 hours lang ang tulog mo sabay pasok sa work, then pagod, stress at naulanan ka pa ng ilang beses kaya tinamaan ka ng trangkaso at sinusitis🤧So dapat talaga mag invest din tayo ng para sa katawan natin dahil ito rin ang ating puhunan para kumita tayo.
