Breech delivery.
At 35 weeks, this baby already was in cephalic position (ulo ang nauuna)... but at the last minute, she decided to do a somersault and present in breech... paa na bigla! So here we are..... doing my best to extract her fr her momma's womb.

Always grateful to be visited by past patients but it's a bonus if they are with the baby I delivered them with 😍 at the height of the pandemic, this cutie came out on Feb 2021 via normal spontaneous delivery!

5 years later and the mom still visits for her general check-up. Thank you mommy D for the trust. Andami achievements ng batang ito Pero bakt parang ako yun proud?! D naman sia galing saken 🤣🤣
