📢 Para sa mga batang 𝟏𝟑 𝐛𝐮𝐰𝐚𝐧 hanggang 𝟓𝟗 𝐛𝐮𝐰𝐚𝐧 (1 taon mahigit hanggang bago mag-5 taong gulang) na hindi pa nakumpleto ang MMR vaccine, maaaring ihabol ang bakuna!

Siguraduhing protektado ang inyong anak – makipag-ugnayan sa inyong barangay health center para sa iskedyul ng libreng bakuna!

Nagsagawa ang Alabang Health Center ng Wellness Activity kung saan ngbigay ng libreng pagkuha ng Cholesterol at Blood sugar sa ating mga mahal na lolo’t lola ganun din sa ating mga kababayan na nais mag-avail ng ating libreng serbisyo..

Layunin po ng ating programa na panatilihing malusog at masigla ang ating mga mahal na Senior Citizens at Bawat mamayan ng ating Lungsod.

Maraming salamat po sa ating Health Center Staffs, Barangay Health workers at sa aming mahal na mga doctora Cherry Navidad at Lhea Dacir .

The most common symptom of is high fever (40°C/104°F) with two or more of the following symptoms:

🔴Pain behind the eyes
🔴Nausea, vomiting
🔴Swollen glands
🔴Joint and muscle pains
🔴Rash

Protect yourself and your family from dengue:

✅Use mosquito repellent
✅Wear light-coloured, long-sleeved clothes
✅Use screens on windows and doors
✅Sleep under a mosquito net
✅Use household insecticide, aerosols, mosquito coils
✅Remove objects from inside and around your house that collect water where mosquitoes can breed
✅Drain, wash and scrub water storage containers every week and cover when not in use
