🌊⚓️ Pregnant Seaman’s Partner ⚓️🌊

So happy for this couple. Saw them first last February 2026 and they said they were trying to conceive for 8 months palang. 😎 One problem is that patient A’s partner will go on board again this March. 🛳️

It was typical of me to request for diagnostics and make sure that before the transvaginal ultrasound, we know if the patient is pregnant or not. Apparently, nagmiss ng period for February si patient A. And yes, nakasagap siya ng baby dust! ✨ Nagpositive ang pregnancy test! 🙏

Then I told them, hopefully her partner gets to see the baby’s heartbeat before he leaves. So, 1 day before him leaving for work, this happened… 💝 Heartbeat present! Confirmed pregnancy! 🤰

7 years ka inantay ng mommy at daddy mo. 🤰Habang naglalabor si mommy mo, bigla nalang bumilis ang heartbeat (tachycardia) mo. Biglang nagmamadali lumabas? Hahaha 😂

✌️Confirmed second pregnancy ⚓️🛳️

Saw patient R with her partner na seaman last month dahil positive pregnancy test. 😎 This is her second pregnancy na. Paalis na pala kasi si parter after a few days at matagal na naman bago bumalik. Tamang timing lang at nagpositive pregnancy test bago umalis. Kaya ayan, hindi na nakasama si partner sa prenatal check up. 👩🏼‍⚕️

🧡 Pregnant after 3 years of TTC 🧡

This couple has been trying to conceive for 3 years when I saw them last November 2025.
Patient A has a diagnosis of PCOS already and her menstruation is really irregular. She is also hypertensive so she had to go to a cardiologist too for a consult. We found out during the diagnostics that she has a small myoma and her partner has a poor s***m morphology (teratozoos***mia). 🙏😵‍💫

I started giving her goals to achieve and started some supplements for her to take. Mukhang nakakuha din siya ng baby dust kaya last month, nagpositive na ang kanyang pregnancy test! 🙏💪😎 And now, confirmed na! 👩🏼‍⚕️✨😍

Congratulations! 🎉 Ang galing mo sumagap ng baby dust! Hahaha 😂 ✨✨✨

First saw this couple last December 2025. Nalaman namin na may PCOS si patient R. Nagbigay ako sa kanya ng mga advice at mga things to do. Nasunod naman kaya nagpositive ang kanyang pregnancy test. 🙏💪 1 month!!!

Sinabi din niya sakin na talagang naniwala siya sa aking baby dust. ✨ Akalain mo, biglang nagmintis talaga siya ng menstruation at nag positive PT! ✨✨✨🙏😎

✨ Baby dust, RECEIVED! ✨⚓️🛳️🌊

Trying to conceive ang couple na ito for 8 months na. Last December 2025, they decided to book a consultation with me since they saw my Spreading-baby-dust post. 😎 Minanifest na daw talaga nila. 🩵🙏

First time to see them last February. Nagplan kami ng schedule and timing talaga since ang partner ni patient A ay isang seaman. ⚓️🛳️🌊 On board na kasi uli siya ng end of March 2026.

Ayun, sabi ko naman magtry parin sila and yes, biglang hindi na nagkaron ng menstruation si patient A. Nag pregnancy test at nag POSITIVE! 🙏✨ Woohoo!

😍 POSITIVE pregnancy test 😍

Saw this patient for the first time last February 2025. Trying to conceive sila ng partner niya for 2 years. Nahirapan kami mag schedule ng program dahil si parter ay isang Seaman. 🛳️⚓️🌊 On board ng 9 months tapos paguwi, 2-3 months lang.

Nalaman ko pa na meron din palang naging problem si partner sa s***m (Teratozoos***mia). Pero, kahit may problema sa s***m at oras, hindi parin sila nawalan ng pag-asa. Nagbigay ako ng tips at proper timing sa kanila, nakasunod naman. 👩🏼‍⚕️💪 Nawala ang stress dahil nakarelax din sa probinsya.

Kaya, ayan magisa na uli sa check-up si patient M dahil on-board na uli si partner. ⚓️🛳️😃 Tamang timing! Galing! 😎🙏

Shoutout sa mga patients kong Seaman/Seafarer/OFW ang partner/asawa. Alam ko na relate talaga kayo dito. 💪🙏

🩵 Endometriosis and PCOS to Pregnancy 🩵

5 years of trying to conceive ang couple na ito. 🙏 Last year, they started coming to my clinic and based on the transvaginal ultrasound, she has Endometriotic cyst on the Right o***y and Polycystic ovarian morphology on the Left o***y. We also had problem with the semen analysis since the s***m has a motility problem (Aesthenozoos***mia). 😵‍💫

Dahil sa dami ng mga concerns sa tests nila, lumiit na talaga ang chance nilang mabuntis. Nagbigay ako ng tips and things to do at hindi naman sila nawalan ng pag-asa. 🙏🩵

So mukhang nakasagap din sila ng baby dust ko nung January kaya ngayon, confirmed pregnancy na! ✨🩵

😎 Pregnant after 12 years TTC! 😎

“TOTOO BA ITO?!?”

Yan ang sinabi ni px L sa clinic nang pinagawa ko ang kanyang Pregnancy test. Hahaha 😎 First time pala niya kasi makakita ng positive pregnancy test.

First kita namin sa clinic ay November 2024. Siya pala ay may PCOS at may endometrial polyp na mukhang nakaharang sa endometrial cavity. Nagrequest ako ng mga labs at nalaman din namin na may problema din sa s***m (Teratozoos***mia) si partner. Tinanggal din namin ang kanyang Polyp last February 2025 tapos binigyan ko sila ng mga tips and things to do. Medyo naging pasaway si patient L pero buti nalang nagpositive pregnancy test. 🙏😎

And now after 4 months, confirmed pregnancy na! 🤰 Yey!

Congratulations! 🎉 And yes, totoo yung nakita mong pregnancy test mo. Haha!😂 Uulitin ko sayo, TOTOO yan. Hahaha 😎 12 years!!!!
