Ang heat stroke ay isang medical emergency. Kapag may sintomas nito tulad ng panghihina, hilo, at matinding init ng katawan, agad ilipat sa malamig na lugar, painumin ng tubig (kung gising), at magpakonsulta o tumawag ng tulong medikal.

Mag-ingat ang lahat sa init ng panahon ngayon, Muntinlupeño!

Ngayong tag-init, tumataas ang panganib ng mga sakit na dulot ng matinding init. Huwag magpabaya—maging handa at alagaan ang iyong kalusugan!

• Uminom ng sapat na dami ng tubig 💧

• Gumamit ng proteksyon laban sa araw: sombrero, payong, at sunblock 🧴🧢

With deep sadness, we extend our heartfelt condolences on the passing of Councilor Allan Aman Camilon, who tragically lost his life in a plane crash today.

As Councilor for Health, he was a strong supporter of the health programs and activities of Poblacion Health Center, especially during the pandemic days. His leadership, compassion, and unwavering commitment to public service greatly helped strengthen our response and care for the community during one of the most challenging times.

His dedication and service will always be remembered and deeply missed.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, loved ones, and all who mourn during this difficult time. May they find strength, comfort, and peace in the days ahead.

Rest in peace, Councilor Allan Aman Camilon. 🕊️

Mananatili namang bukas ang City Treasurer's Office - Muntinlupa City at Local Civil Registry Office - Muntinlupa mula 8AM hanggang 12Noon.
