Kapag Pasko at Bagong Taon, madalas nating marinig ang linyang:
“Minsan lang naman.”

Minsan lang naman kumain ng marami.
Minsan lang naman uminom ng sobra.
Minsan lang naman magpuyat.

Pero minsan, ang “minsan lang” ay nauulit—taun-taon, handaan sa handaan—hanggang sa maramdaman na ito ng ating katawan.

🍽️ Start Light- Kumain muna ng prutas o gulay bago sumabak sa handaan

🎁 Taste, Don’t Overload -Tikim lang bawat putahe, hindi kailangang ubusin lahat

🥗 Balance Your Plate -Punan ng gulay ang kalahati ng plato bago ang karne at kanin

🍖 Choose Wisely -Piliin ang inihaw, nilaga, o baked kaysa prito at creamy dishes

🧂 Watch the Salt -Limit lechon, ham, processed meats, at maalat na sawsawan

🍰 Dessert Control - Isang maliit na slice ng dessert ay sapat na
