if you happen to witness a strange/ unusual sighting of what you may think is a "UFO", Please note of the following:
- date and time of the sighting;

- duration of the sighting;

- location of the sighting;

- no. of other witnesses;

- geometrical SHAPE of the purported object;

- color/s of the object;

- any unusual or/ strange "behaviour" / flight characteristics;

- was there any "sound"/ or noise associated with the object?

- angle of elevation of the object above the horizon when you FIRST caught sight of the object;

- angle of elevation of the object above the horizon when you LAST saw the object;

-DIRECTION of the object above the horizon (relative to the cardinal points) when you FIRST caught sight of the object;

-DIRECTION of the object above the horizon (relative to the cardinal points) when you LAST saw the object;

- estimated angular diameter compared to the full Moon;

- if the object appeared like a bright star, provide an estimate of the magnitude brightness;

- contact a Field Investigator from the Philippine Aerial Phenomenon Society..

Initiated in the early 1980s by a group of UFO Field Investigators, the Center was established to serve as a "clearing house" for the research, investigation, and filing of alleged UFO sighting incidents and encounter cases for interpretation at the J. Allen Hynek Center for UFO Studies (CUFOS) after the Philippine wave of 1979.
