From CBT, DBT, CPT, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Polyvagal Theory, and EMDR for trauma, to conversations on disordered eating, addiction recovery, sports psychology, psychological first aid, LGBTQ+ mental health, and health psychology, the sessions showcased the breadth of knowledge and practice within the psychology community.
