Thank you for completing your 12 sessions Ms. Cha! Maam Cha was diagnosed with Slipped Disc and experienced Sciatica in which the pain is felt on the lower back goong down the thigh and leg.

We had:

✅manual therapy(blading) to relax lumbar muscles and reduce pain
✅ stretching to improve flexibility
✅ exercises to strengthen core and leg muscles

Ms. Cha is now able to walk without pain and discomfort and make 20,000 steps! Recoverie Physical Therapy is glad to be a part of your healing journey.
