The Muntinlupa Anti - Drug Abuse Council (MDAPACC) was created on June 13, 1988 during the term of the then Municipal Mayor Ignacio R. Bunye pursuant to Executive Order 88-01 and Sangguniangbayan Kapasiyahan bilang 88-26 complimented by DILG Memo Circular 98-277 dated December 2, 1998 which required all LGU's to create Anti-Drug Abuse Council (ADAC) in their respective municipality/city. City Ordinance No. 02-067 converted MDAPACC to DAPCO and mandated the creation of Muntinlupa Drug Testing Laboratory (MDTL) and to further boost the campaign against drug abuse, City Ordinance No. 03-094 created the Drug Enforcement Division. Subsequently, during the term of mayor Aldrin San Pedro, an ammendment was introduced - the City Ordinance 08-063 which upgraded DAPCO from 18 to 37 personnel with corresponding pay structure.

MUNTINUPA DRUG TESTING LABORATORY ๐Ÿ”ฌ

Ang MDTL ay pag-aari ng Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Muntinlupa sailalim ng DAPCO at pinatatakbo sa ilalim ng batas.

Ito ay nakaugnay sa IDTOMIS ng DOH , sa pagtalima sa DDB Regulation, ang MDTL ay sumisingil para sa Drug Screening Test sa halagang P250.00 (Dual Test sa Shabu at Ma*****na.

Maaaring mabigyan ng diskuwento kapag humigit sa 50 katao ang sabay-sabay na magpa-drug test.

a. WALK-IN. - sinumang nais magpa-drug test sa anumang layunin ay magsadya sa MDTL - Ospital ng Muntinlupa, Alabang, Lungsod ng Muntinlupa at magbayad ng P250.00.

b. OFF-SITE. - Sa kahilingan ng anumang grupo, kompanya, samahan, paaralan, tanggapan, atbpa na nais magpaDrug-Test sa kanilang mga kasapi o kawani sa mismong lugar nila, ay sumulat lamang sa pinuno ng MDTL upang maisaayos ang mga kailangang dokumento.

The Muntinlupa Anti - Drug Abuse Council (MDAPACC) was created on June 13, 1988 during the term of the then Municipal Mayor Ignacio R. Later in in 2002, during the term of then mayor, Jaime R. Fresnedi, City Ordinance No. 02-067 converted MDAPACC to DAPCO and mandated the creation of Muntinlupa Drug Testing Laboratory (MDTL) and to further boost the campaign against drug abuse, City Ordinance No. 03-094 created the Drug Enforcement Division. We aim to be a dedicated government owned drug testing laboratory offering an accurate precise and non-biased results.

And to be a committed and active partner of the government and non-government agencies in providing the cityโ€™s advocacy to be a Drug Free Muntinlupa.
