The Muntinlupa Anti - Drug Abuse Council (MDAPACC) was created on June 13, 1988 during the term of the then Municipal Mayor Ignacio R. Bunye pursuant to Executive Order 88-01 and Sangguniangbayan Kapasiyahan bilang 88-26 complimented by DILG Memo Circular 98-277 dated December 2, 1998 which required all LGU's to create Anti-Drug Abuse Council (ADAC) in their respective municipality/city. Fresnedi, City Ordinance No. 02-067 converted MDAPACC to DAPCO and mandated the creation of Muntinlupa Drug Testing Laboratory (MDTL) and to further boost the campaign against drug abuse, City Ordinance No. 03-094 created the Drug Enforcement Division. Subsequently, during the term of mayor Aldrin San Pedro, an ammendment was introduced - the City Ordinance 08-063 which upgraded DAPCO from 18 to 37 personnel with corresponding pay structure.

Isinagawa ang Initial Talk sa pagitan ng City Government of Muntinlupa sa pamamagitan ng DAPCO Muntinlupa at Muntinlupa Drug Testing Laboratory, kasama ang City Government of San Pedro, kaugnay ng WADAP (Workplace Anti-Drug Abuse Program) para sa program adoption at future collaboration.

Layunin ng pulong na pagtibayin ang inter-LGU partnership sa pagpapalawak ng drug-free workplace initiatives, pagbabahagi ng best practices, at pagpapatupad ng mas epektibong programa kontra ilegal na droga sa rehiyon.

Magkatuwang na hakbang para sa mas ligtas, mas malusog, at mas responsableng komunidad sa Muntinlupa at San Pedro.

Our Story

The Muntinlupa Anti - Drug Abuse Council (MDAPACC) was created on June 13, 1988 during the term of the then Municipal Mayor Ignacio R. Later in in 2002, during the term of then mayor, Jaime R. Fresnedi, City Ordinance No. 02-067 converted MDAPACC to DAPCO and mandated the creation of Muntinlupa Drug Testing Laboratory (MDTL) and to further boost the campaign against drug abuse, City Ordinance No. 03-094 created the Drug Enforcement Division. We aim to be a dedicated government owned drug testing laboratory offering an accurate precise and non-biased results.

And to be a committed and active partner of the government and non-government agencies in providing the city’s advocacy to be a Drug Free Muntinlupa.
