Muntinlupa Drug Testing Laboratory Muntinlupa Drug Testing Laboratory is located at Ospital ng Muntinlupa. Later in in 1998, during the term of then mayor, Jaime R.

The Muntinlupa Anti - Drug Abuse Council (MDAPACC) was created on June 13, 1988 during the term of the then Municipal Mayor Ignacio R. Bunye pursuant to Executive Order 88-01 and Sangguniangbayan Kapasiyahan bilang 88-26 complimented by DILG Memo Circular 98-277 dated December 2, 1998 which required all LGU's to create Anti-Drug Abuse Council (ADAC) in their respective municipality/city. Fresnedi, City Ordinance No. 02-067 converted MDAPACC to DAPCO and mandated the creation of Muntinlupa Drug Testing Laboratory (MDTL) and to further boost the campaign against drug abuse, City Ordinance No. 03-094 created the Drug Enforcement Division. Subsequently, during the term of mayor Aldrin San Pedro, an ammendment was introduced - the City Ordinance 08-063 which upgraded DAPCO from 18 to 37 personnel with corresponding pay structure.

Batay sa opisyal na announcement ng DILG, suspendido ang klase ngayong September 1, 2025, sa lahat ng antasโ€”public at private schools dito sa Metro Manila kasama ang Muntinlupa.

Kabilang din sa walang pasok ang ECED at ALS.

Wala ring pasok sa mga tanggapan ng pamahalaan.

Tuloy pa rin ang trabaho ng ating mga emergency respondersโ€”rescue teams, health workers, peace and order personnelโ€”na nakaalerto at handang magserbisyo sa gitna ng anumang sitwasyon.

Suspendido rin ang pasok sa mga tanggapan ng pamahalaan sa buong Metro Manila, kung saan kabilang ang Muntinlupa.

Tuloy pa rin po ang trabaho ng ating mga emergency respondersโ€”rescue teams, health workers, peace and order personnelโ€”na naka-standby at handang tumugon kung kinakailangan.

Our Story

The Muntinlupa Anti - Drug Abuse Council (MDAPACC) was created on June 13, 1988 during the term of the then Municipal Mayor Ignacio R. Bunye pursuant to Executive Order 88-01 and Sangguniangbayan Kapasiyahan bilang 88-26 complimented by DILG Memo Circular 98-277 dated December 2, 1998 which required all LGU's to create Anti-Drug Abuse Council (ADAC) in their respective municipality/city. Later in in 2002, during the term of then mayor, Jaime R. Fresnedi, City Ordinance No. 02-067 converted MDAPACC to DAPCO and mandated the creation of Muntinlupa Drug Testing Laboratory (MDTL) and to further boost the campaign against drug abuse, City Ordinance No. 03-094 created the Drug Enforcement Division. We aim to be a dedicated government owned drug testing laboratory offering an accurate precise and non-biased results.

And to be a committed and active partner of the government and non-government agencies in providing the cityโ€™s advocacy to be a Drug Free Muntinlupa.
