Ever feel like your mind is loud, but you don’t know why?
That’s emotional clutter — the invisible weight we carry around.

🧘 Move gently — even just stretching.
💧 Cry, rest, speak. Give it a name.

You don’t need to “fix” everything.

There was a time I felt like every part of me was occupied—by tasks, by other people’s needs, by noise I didn’t even notice was loud until I finally sat in stillness.

One small way I made space for myself again?
I started by giving myself permission not to fill every moment.
I paused before saying yes.
I allowed myself to rest before I “earned” it.
I made space, even just five minutes a day, to ask:
🫶 What do I need right now?

It doesn’t have to be grand.
Reclaiming your inner space can look like:
🕯️ turning off your phone for an hour
📖 journaling a question that’s been on your heart
🌱 drinking tea while doing nothing else
💨 taking one long breath before reacting

This is what Buntonghininga is about.
A soft reset. A return to yourself.

When life felt messy, I learned to take the next kind step.

Not the most productive step.
Not the smartest-looking one.
Just the next kind one.

Sometimes that looked like: 🌿 Resting instead of pushing through.
📄 Sending one thoughtful job application instead of ten rushed ones.
✨ Letting myself be proud for showing up — even when no one else sees it.

Kindness to myself became a strategy. A compass.
And somehow, it always led me back to clarity.

Burnout isn’t always loud. Sometimes it shows up in the tightness of your chest, the weight in your limbs, or the way rest doesn’t feel restful anymore.
