To our family, relatives, and friends.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Angelita "Lita" Canlas Tayag. She peacefully joined our creator yesterday February 19, 2025 at the age of 74.

We deeply appreciate all your words of comfort, support, heartfelt condolences and love at this difficult time as we mourn our loss.

INTERMENT DETAILS:

Viewing (Feb 20-22, 2025 starts at 12Noon)
Place: Santuario De La Inmaculada Concepcion Parish Chapel, Concepcion Tarlac

To be followed by Cremation on Sunday, Feb 23, 2025.
