The Local Government Unit of Naawan, through the Municipal Health Office, in partnership with the Amai Pakpak Blood Bank Team of Amai Pakpak Medical Center (AMPC), and Northern Mindanao Blood Center invites everyone to join our Blood Letting Activity on:

RHU NAAWAN Conducts Smoke and V**e Awareness | March 7, 2025

In observance of "No To***co Day," the Rural Health Unit of Naawan, in close collaboration with the Provincial Health Office of Misamis Oriental, had conducted an information and education campaign to raise awareness regarding the detrimental effects of to***co and va**ng. This initiative saw active participation from the ten barangay chief executives, accompanied by three members of the Barangay Protection and Anti-Drug Task Force (BPAT) from each respective barangay.

The activity emphasized the adverse effects of to***co and va**ng. It informed each participant of their roles and responsibilities in supporting the health sector's efforts to promote health within the community.

1st Quarter Joint MDRRMC, MSWMB & LOCAL HEALTH BOARD MEETING | March 3, 2025

The local government unit of Naawan, through the Office of the Mayor, convened a joint meeting to provide updates regarding its three offices.

The Rural Health Unit, led by our Officer-in-Charge, Municipal Health Officer Dr. Kriztoffer Kharl Banawa, presented various agendas and concerns pertinent to the rural health unit of Naawan. We were also honored by the attendance of our DMO IV From DOH CHD NM, Mr. Hilario C. Chan.

This meeting was significant in addressing critical issues aimed at enhancing health outcomes for the community of Naawan.
