𝗔𝗹𝗮𝗺 𝗺𝗼 𝗯𝗮… na may “dominant eye” ka rin? 👀

Katulad ng pagiging right or left-handed, may isang mata na mas dominant.

Ito ang mas ginagamit ng brain mo for focusing and alignment.

🧠 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻?
Ang visual cortex ng brain mas “nakikinig” sa input ng isang mata kaysa sa kabila. Kahit parehong tumatanggap ng image ang dalawang mata, mas pinaprioritize ng brain ang signal ng dominant eye, kaya mas malinaw at stable ang perception mo dito.

👁️ Dominant eye → mas sharp ang details
👁️ Non-dominant eye → hindi kasing linaw, pero tumutulong pa rin for depth and balance

Normal lang ito. But if napapansin mong masyadong malabo ang isang mata or hirap mag-focus, it’s best to have your eyes checked.
