It was a privilege to welcome Colonel Harold M Argamusa INF (GSC) PA the Deputy Brigade Commander 1001st Infantry (Pag-asa) Brigade, 10ID, PA, this morning June 23, 2025 at the Headquarters 1103rd CDC, 11RCDG, RESCOM, PA.

The visit was fruitful, in which he provided insight on the utmost importance of readiness in today’s volatile global landscape and the role of Ready Reserve Units in Territorial Defense Operations in the Brigade Area of Operations.

Great day to welcome the Group Commander, 11RCDG, RESCOM, PA Colonel Calixto D Cadano Jr ART (GSC) PA during his Command Visit on June 8, 2025, the visit was highlighted by the pinning of ranks to the newly commissioned officer and enlisted reservists; pinning of new ranks to the promoted reservists and the ceremonial pinning of marksmanship badge to the 158 qualified reservists and 287 graduating ROTC after completed their record firing.

In his message, Col Cadanao, spoke that the ranks that displayed in your chest is hard earned, it’s a privilege and responsibility as well. Not everyone wears it, nor everyone get promoted.

He stressed further that the Group is pushing for the improvement of the reservists personnel readiness focusing on the knowledge and skills on the following: move, shoot and communicate aside from the peacetime activities such as HADR, because a well prepared Reserves can help deter threats thru a demonstration of strength and capabilities.

Hats off to the moral uprightness of the reservists from 1103rd (Davao de Oro) Ready Reserve Battalion and ROTC cadets yesterday May 24, 2025 while traversing Pantukan - Nabunturan roads Davao de Oro Province had extended first aid assistance to the victims of vehicular accident (Motorcycle) at vicinity Barangay Langgam, Maco, Municipality including a child and a baby together with their parents and, while passing through Barangay Tuburan, Mawab Davao de Oro had assisted along with MDRRMO and PNP Mawab to recover the passengers of a Toyota Hilux that had plunged into a ravine in Barangay Tuburan, Mawab, Davao de Oro due to slippery road brought about by heavy rains. The passengers were safe and given assitance.

✔ Nagpalawak ng reservist advocacy
✔ Nagbukas ng mga makabuluhang bagong labanan
✔ Nagpatibay ng malasakit sa bayan

Ang laban ay nagpapatuloy sa ibang larangan. Asahan ninyo ang aming patuloy na serbisyo.
Ang tungkulin ng isang sundalo ay nagpapatuloy sa kabila ng larangan ng digmaan. 🪖💙
