Kumusta, mga ka-Heartner? ❤️

This month, we observe National Hypertension Awareness Month with a stronger call to action.
Hypertension often has no symptoms—until it’s too late. That’s why this year, through May Measurement Month (MMM26) and the Department of Health's “Proteksyon Para sa Altapresyon” : National Hypertension Prevention and Control Initiative, we move beyond awareness—we take action and take control.

From May 4 to June 30, 2026, we are on a collective mission across the Bicol Region to strengthen hypertension prevention and control through screening, early detection, treatment, and long-term management. It all begins with one simple but powerful step: knowing your numbers.

📢 Join :
📍 Get screened
🩺 Know your numbers
🤝 Take action

Go on, give yourself a squeeze. Because knowing your blood pressure isn’t just peace of mind—it can literally save your life.

Let’s take control of hypertension—together. ❤️

Protect your baby from measles with 2 doses of measles vaccine.
1️⃣ In countries where measles is common it is vital to give the first dose around 9 months of age, in other countries at 12-15 months of age.
2️⃣ Give the second dose later in childhood to ensure for full protection.
⏰ Remember: Infants can be vaccinated around 6 months of age if there is an outbreak or before travel to endemic countries.
